Thai Yoga Massage

Massaging is done with the pressure of the thumb, palm, elbows, knees and feet; Body exercises from yoga are performed and acupressure points are operated.

The Thai yoga massage combines acupressure, energetic work, gentle stretching and physical exercises and is therefore often referred to as "passive yoga". By rhythmically working with the body in a combination of tension and relaxation, the ten energy channels that go through the body are activated and blockages are released. It sees itself as a holistic body therapy, which makes use of the flow of the energy channels of the body and relaxes with the help of the Buddhist school on a spiritual level.

The massage takes place clothed on a mat on the floor and there is no oil used. The positions vary from lying in a lateral, abdominal or supine position to sitting. One unit lasts between 90 to 120 minutes..
